Two days ago we saw Sony rolling out a OTA update on Xperia Z for both Walkman and Album app. Walkman app updated to 7.9.A.0.1 version from 7.6.A.0.1 version and Album app updated to 5.1.A.0.4 version from 5.0.A.0.6 version. Today just now we have received Movies 5.1.A.0.6 app OTA Update, previous version was Movies 4.0.B.0.6

- Confirmed working on Xperia Z Android 4.2.2 firmware.
- May or may not working on other android versions or phone like Xperia S, SL, Acro S, Ion, V ,T, P etc. Test yourself and report back in comments.
How to Install ?
Do backup your old Movies 4.0.B.0.6 apk before installing the new one.
- Install above downloaded apk as like normal app apk.
What’s New features ?
- No new features are seen in this Movies 5.1.A.0.6 app update.
- Movies were loading slowly from SD Card ( Class 10 UHS ).
- A little bit new layout.
- You can see the recent video being automatically played on top of all videos list 😛 Weird huh

Just installing on my XS dint work,,push the app to System/App set permission ---- reboot once then in apps clear data(movies) it will work.
Working on Acro S. Confirm!
