Sony has already launched 3 high end devices this year viz. Xperia Z1 Compact, Xperia Z1S and Xperia Z Ultra SGP412 along with Xperia Z Ultra SOL24 announced for Au by KDDI. Xperia Z1S on T-Mobile USA is already available for purchase from Sony online stores and T-Mobile stores while Xperia Z1 Compact is available for pre-order right now and soon shipping will start in late Feb 2014. Xperia Z Ultra Wi-Fi SGP412 tablet is now available exclusively in Japan.
Just now we spotted that Xperia Z Ultra Wi-Fi and SOL24, Xperia Z1S and Compact are added in Sony Update Service software means you can update the firmware on your above said device as soon as you get officially.

Xperia Z1 Compact is running android 4.3 14.2.A.1.114 firmware out of the box. Xperia Z1S is also available with android 4.3 firmware out of box while Xperia Z Ultra SGP412 Wi-Fi Tablet comes with android 4.2.2 out of the box.
