Nope sony is currently testing 14.3.a.x.xxx firware for z1 kitkat and it will take more than 1 month for testing.
It will not come till March.

First Sony will launch kitkat on sony d6503 and d6603 in mwc2014 event at feb end and they will be the first device to get kitkat after that it will take around 2-3 weeks

This is the first decent software ever made for the Z1… Wifi range has doubled. The touchscreen choppiness issue has been completely resolved (I can finally type with SwiftKey Flow again!). There are a few minor tweaks that I liked a lot… But basically, wifi and touchscreen fixes have turned my phone from overpriced PoS to a true premium phone as it was meant to be… There is only one small issue where the screen takes about 3 seconds to wake up when taking the phone away from my head during a call, so I have to wait 3 seconds after saying bye to whoever I was on the phone with before I can actually press the end call button… Other than that though, I am really happy with this update. All I’m missing now is root access!
