MWC 2014 event is approaching and so is Sony’s MWC press conference, well it is expected that Sony Mobile will reveal two new high end devices; Sony D6503 Sirius and Sony SGP521 Castor tablet. Well it seems Sony SGP521 is Xperia Z2 Tablet which will take over the reign of Xperia Tablet Z. Just now we spotted @Evleaks allegedly leaked Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet Specifications which is expected to make appearance at MWC 2014 event.
As per @Evleaks, Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet Specifications are like this, it will feature Snapdragon 800 SoC 2.3 GHz quad core processor, 10.1″ screen display with 1920×1200 resolution Triluminos for Mobile, 3GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage with external SD card slot, 8MP Rear cam and 2 MP front cam, 6000mAh battery, 6.4mm slim almost equal to Xperia Z Ultra, IP waterproof ratings and running android 4.4.2 KitKat firmware.

As per our info Sony D6503 aka Sony Sirius will take over Xperia Z1 so it may be named as Xperia Z2 ( by seeing the name of Sony SGP521, though no confirmation yet ) and both Sony D6503 and Xperia Z2 Tablet are running same 17.1.A.0.XXX firmware which is android 4.4.2 KitKat.

No 4.3 for XM Dual. Getting KitKat is a big question, 2nd batch KitKat update info is to revealed by Sony yet. Not expecting XM or XM Dual to get.
