Sony D2203 has been benchmarked at GFXBench, displaying all its specifications and similarly related Sony D2202 and Sony D2212 have already been appeared on Indonesian Postel certifications. After seeing the leaked specifications it seems Sony is planning to launch a 6.1″ FWVGA display device.
Sony D2203 specifications reads as Android 4.4.2 OS, 854 x 480 6.1″ touchscreen with at least 5 finger gesture support, Snapdragon 400 ( Cortex A7 @ 1190 MHz ) Quad Core, Adreno 305 GPU, 4 GB internal storage, 1 GB RAM, 5 MP rear cam and VGA front cam.

With 6.1″ screen display and such a low resolution we are definitely seeing a low end device from Sony for a dedicated market only.
We may see Sony launching Sony D2203 at IFA 2014 event ( may not be globally but for some selective markets only like in Asia only ).
