You get customized home screen & lock screen wallpaper, navigation keys, a few colored status bar icons, flat system UI, themed Xperia Home, Walkman, What’s New App, Google Now App and Xperia Xposed app.

Only for rooted? Even in 4.4.4?
A very dull theme. Flat isn't attractive, it's just one step away from grey or worse, beige.
