A new 23.0.1.A.5.79 firmware ( Android 4.4.4 build ) has hit Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z3 Compact ( carrier handsets only for the time being ) in regions like Germany, UK, Netherlands, Spain on Vodafone carrier. Previous firmware to present updated firmware was 23.0.1.A.5.77 firmware.
A user claimed at XDA that he got OTA update for this firmware and no major noticeable changes over the 23.0.1.A.5.77 firmware ( 23.0.1.A.5.77 firmware update brought new Xperia Home 7.0.A.1.7 version with new animation, Portrait Re Touch app in Camera, more responsive and fast UI ).
