Android Lollipop 14.5.A.0.242 firmware has already been certified on PTCRB for Xperia Z1, Z1 Compact & Z Ultra and now Xperia Z1s C6916 (T-Mobile LTE USA variant) has also got Android Lollipop firmware certified at PTCRB in form of 14.5.B.0.220 build.
14.5.B.0.220 firmware will move Xperia Z1s to Android 5.0.2 hopefully from Android 4.4.4 KitKat 14.4.B.0.56 firmware. No ETA is there when the update will be rolled on the carrier handset.

Sony has already rolled Android 5.0.2 Lollipop update on Xperia “Z3” and Xperia “Z2” series in form of 23.1.A.0.690 firmware whereas Android 5.1 Lollipop 23.2.A.0.278 firmware has already been certified for Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z3 Compact.
Sony has also promised Android Lollipop update for Xperia T2 Ultra and Xperia C3; 19.3.A.0.468 firmware has been certified for both handsets already.
