Sony Video app has been updated to newer 9.2.A.0.6 version over the older 9.1.A.0.8 version. Sony Video 9.2.A.0.6 app update brings some cool features like swipe down to shrink the video player with playback ongoing; swipe up to maximize it again and swipe left to dismiss the video.
If you by any chance interrupt the video playback by pressing home key, just tap the Video app icon on home screen or app screen to activate the player directly and resume your video.

Hi guys, I have just updated my video app to 9.2.A.0.6 on my xperia Z2. What I am noticing is that I no more have a video loop on the app home screen for my last played video. It used to look cool and was available on all the previous updates. I am referring to the space on the very top where now it only shows an image of a girl and a boy with a balloon. I am not sure whether it is a bug or sony has removed that feature.

Hola, tengo un xperia l quisiera saber porque es apartir de 4.3 yo tengo 4.2 y tengo la versión 8.0.a.2.4, la verdad me da bronca no tener esa actualización, una pregunta la pondrán en google play porque la verdad deseo eso porque siempre quiero tener las aplicaciones al dia… Gracias
