You need rooted Xperia handset running Android Lollipop version to install the Xperia Z3+ live wallpaper. Users with custom recovery installed and SuperUser Mod can directly flash the zip file.

Flashable Zip file – SuperUser Mod needed (To install SuperUser Mod by serajr, follow this thread.)

Flash below posted zip file in recovery.

No Super User Mod Needed

Move the content of the below file to system/app, set correct permissions (rw- r– r–) and reboot (Tutorial here on how to move apps).

Make sure you only move apk and odex file to system/app and lib file to system/lib with correct permissions.
