Xperia Z2 23.2.A.1.62 firmware update is now rolling but only on limited carriers like T-Mobile AT, Telekom.de, Cosmote in regions like Austria, Croatia, Germany, Greece, Macedonia, Netherlands, Poland, and Slovak Republic. This build has already been rolled on Xperia “Z3” series.
23.2.A.1.62 firmware was certified for both Xperia Z2 and Xperia Z2 Tablet and now also rolling on Xperia Z2 Tablet SGP521 on the same carriers. It is not clear for the time being whether this update will hit global variants of Xperia Z2 series or not.

Can be this variant ftf flashesd on different region worldwide? Will it cause any damages or bug? Network issue? I am from Bangladesh.
No damage, no network issues. It’s just that you will get update next time depending upon the availability in the region of which you fashed ftf.
Just noticed as this is a carrier update so do not flash on regular device unless you wanted a carrier t-mobile update.
Can i flash this one to use here in qatar? will there be any problem in network or something? and may have also the change log for the update? TIA
I will not say you should flash it. It is a carrier only update so do not flash it on regular device.
