Sony Video app has got a new update in the form of 9.2.A.1.6 version over the older 9.2.A.0.6 version. Video 9.2.A.1.6 app update brings usual bugs fixing and performance improvements.
It follows the same changelog of older update where we saw some cool features like swipe down to shrink the video player with playback ongoing; swipe up to maximize it again and swipe left to dismiss the video.

I updated it today on my xperia t2 ultra dual with lollipop. Says bug fixes and performance improvement but there is no improvement in video playback. Can watch hd music video without any problem but becomes very laggy if watching hd movies like the previous versions of the apps. I’m still waiting for a stable one with no lag.
