Once your device is connected, then iSkysoft Android Data Recovery software will scan your device for the lost/deleted files. Make sure your device is atleast 20% charged before you start this process. Rooted Android users need to provide SU rights once asked to do so.

Software allows you to recover either all files or particular files from the categories viz. photos, videos, call history, documents, audio, messaging, contacts, and WhatsApp messages and attachments. Once done, click on next button.

You will get two scanning modes viz. standard mode and advanced mode.

In standard mode, software scans for only deleted files while in advanced mode, all files are being scanned and it is time consuming process.

Once the scanning completes, you will see all deleted data/files in the software window and you can recover the concerned files you are interested in.

Once clicked on recovery option, choose a path in your PC to save them and proceed as per on screen instructions.
