Flipkart Customer Service is Worst – Don’t Trust Flipkart, it SUCKS

Well I am very much impressed by Sony launching a pen drive which can work both in computer and phone, sound cool huh. I decided to order a Sony USM-OTG-SA1 16 GB USB 2.0 Utility Pendrive from Flipkart. I ordered it on 8 Jan 2014 paying Rs 965 ( $15.68 ). At that time of Flipkart, Sony USM-OTG-SA1 16 GB USB 2.0 Utility Pendrive was available with 5 concerned sellers and I placed the order with the seller “Raga Mobile Sales and Service”.

So, what happened next ? I received a package from Flipkart on 13 Jan 2014, what I found it Flipkart sent me a 8 GB Pen Drive edition instead of mine 16 GB one and with a bill named to some other person. WTF is that.! I called Flipkart support regarding this they told me that they will arrange a pick up for the item and I will be getting a refund, is it so easy huh ? I declined to accept the refund from Flipkart. I decided to call the seller directly and he said he don’t have the stock of that pen drive anymore so he can’t accept a replacement Lol 😛

What Actually happened ? Let’s go in detail…

I ordered Sony USM-OTG-SA1 16 GB USB 2.0 Utility Pendrive with this seller “Raga Mobile Sales and Service” as his listing was available at that time on Flipkart.

Flipkart Customer Service is Worst

Above seller shipped me 8 GB Pen Drive instead of 16 GB one and with the bill named to some other person. Check the Bill which was packed inside the package sent to me.

The Bill was named to some other person “Rahul Menon” from Andheri Mumbai, invoice date 8 Jan 2014.

Don’t Trust Flipkart, it SUCKS

What went wrong ?

On 13 Jan 2014 I called Flipkart to arrange a replacement of the product instead of giving me a refund, why should I accept the refund when it is Flipkart’s mistake or seller’s mistake or courier companies fault that they have sent me a wrong package i.e. they have sent me some Rahul Menon’s 8 GB pen drive and we can assume that mine was sent to him.

What I wanted now ?

I simply asked Flipkart now to send me a replacement product instead of giving me a refund in Flipkart’s wallet, Why should I accept that ? Why should I suffer it, Flipkart Sent me wrong product and now want me to compromise over it.

Dispute Raised with Flipkart

I am not settling on refund, I need my 16 GB Pen Drive back. I have told this stuff to Flipkart Team 10 times during 13-20 Jan 2014. Flipkart made be suffer and now I want them to suffer like hell. NO RESOLUTION FROM FLIPKART TILL NOW

I registered two complaints with Flipkart regarding this, one complaint number is “140115-0225322”

I called on Flipkart’s toll free number “18001023547” and have called more than 10 times between 13-20 Jan 2014. Flipkart support members told me that I will be getting call from Flipkart’s support team regarding this but they never called me back. Last call back from Flipkart team to me was on 16 Jan 2014 and they promised me 3 times after that regarding a call back but never called to me.

Don’t Trust Flipkart, it SUCKS

Flipkart is listing poor seller’s on its’ website and sending wrong items to the customers with wrong bill and not accepting its fault also.

After wasting my 7 days and after telling Flipkart support team that I am not settling on refund, Flipkart wants me to settle on refund and asking me to compromise that I should accept the offer as the product is no longer

Why should I ? Was it my fault that they sent me someone’s else item ? It is out of stock so What do I care ? I paid and now I need my item, Why should I pay more after getting refund for the same item when it is Flipkart’s fault.

I will not settle on getting refund from flipkart and will file a complaint in consumer court against Flipkart positively tomorrow morning.

In past I have ordered so many things from Flipkart but now I will not buy anymore.

Do not buy from this FRAUD seller “Raga Mobile Sales and Service”  from his listing on Flipkart

“Raga Mobile Sales and Service” is a big time fraud seller, poor service from his side. Ignore all listing from this seller, this seller simply eats customer’s money and send them wrong products and even don’t accept his fault. He simply SUCKS. AVOID buying from this seller.

Flipkart Removes Negative Reviews, YES they do.

As you all know if you make any negative review on Flipkart then they will simply remove your review from the product. So I decided to review their customer support as worst on my blog by myself. I have also rated negative to the seller, let’s see how ling will Flipkart keep that review on their site.

Below you can find my negative rating for the “Raga Mobile Sales and Service” seller on Flipkart.

I will not settle on getting refund anymore unless Flipkart ends up paying for that, wasting my 8 days, delaying to solve me dispute and not coming up with a resolution.

Moral of the Story :- Don’t trust Flipkart blindly, they will make you fool and ends up eating your time and money.

My issue is still not solved and I was told I will get a call from Flipkart on Monday 20 Jan regarding this but no call made to me, Flipkart promised that we will call you on Tuesday but no call made to me on Tuesday 21 Jan also, Clearly FLIPKART IS A LIAR, DON’T TRUST THEIR WORDS.

I also tweeted regarding saying #FlipkartSUCKS to Flipkart official Twitter Support and no response from Flipkart Side yet.

Flipkart is simply ignoring all my mails and tags and asking me to settle on refund which I will not. I posted on my Facebook account asking my all fellow bloggers friends whether Flipkart service is good or not and guess what all said Flipkart Sucks.

Sony D6503 aka Sony Sirius New UI Screenshots Leaked – New Themes and Settings

Sony D6503 which is now almost confirmed that it is the so rumored Sony “Sirius” a 5.2 inch display device featuring Snapdragon 800 MSM8974AB SoC and 3 GB RAM with same 20.7 MP Cam just like Xperia Z1. It seems the refreshed version of Xperia Z1. Let’s sum up what we have found yet for Sony D6503, yesterday we saw leaked pics of Sony D6503 which confirmed the specifications and then we found the leaked pics of the new Sony D6503 UI with android 4.3. Later another device Sony D6603 was allegedly seen on AnTuTu Benchmark Database.

Till now it seems we may see Sony D6503 and Sony D6603 getting launched at MWC 2014 event. Well for now we have brought some more screenshots of the new android 4.3 17.0.A.0.228 firmware UI in Sony D6503. Earlier XDA user “iRimas” who currently have this Sony D6503 with him was not able to boot it up properly but now with the help of XDA legendary developer “DooMLoRD” he fixed it and now we should expect very soon loads of screenshots from Sony D6503 UI.

[ UPDATE ] It is expected that new build on Sony D6503 will come as 17.1.A.X.XXX which will bring android 4.4.2 KitKat on it, it may happen Sony D6503 comes with Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box as per the tweet made by “DooMLoRD”.

Sony D6503 UI and Specs Revealed – 5.2 inch display with 20.7 MP Cam

Earlier today we posted some leaked pics of Sony D6503 which is speculated as rumored Sony Sirius but nothing is confirmed yet, well leaked pics of Sony D6503 revealed that it looks very much similar to Xperia Z1 and follows the same design. Sony D6603 has also popped up on AnTuTu benchmark database where it managed to get 32996 points.

It seems the leaked pics of Sony D6503 is from the early stage prototype version as per the comments of original poster XDA user “iRimas“. He has now posted some pics of the refreshed Sony D6503 UI. Sony D6503 managed to get 29745 points on AnTuTu Benchmark.

It seems Sony D6503 and Sony D6603 are facelift vserions of Xperia Z1 rather than framing it as new Xperia Z2 as we may not see Xperia Z2 till mid 2014. Hopefully it is the device which we may see getting launched at MWC 2014

Sony D6603 scores 32996 points in AnTuTu Benchmark Database

It seems new Sony models are raining daily in year 2014, just now we spotted Sony D6603 in AnTuTu Benchmark database and it seems a high end device probably one of the flagship devices of Sony for year 2014. Earlier today we saw Sony D6503 live photos getting leaked which shows the hardware design of Sony D6503 which seems almost similar to Xperia Z1 in design.

Sony D6603 has managed to score respectable 32996 points in AnTuTu Benchmark and probably on some pre-testing firmware which may be improved with the final release of it. Till now only Sony D6503 and Sony D6603 has managed to get high AnTuTu score of around 30K.

Year 2013’s first two flagship devices were Xperia Z ( C6603 as C66XX ) and Xperia ZL ( C6503 as C65XX ) and the recently spotted year 2014 models Sony D6603 and Sony D6503 goes very well with those model number of year 2013 indicating that they may the year 2014’s flagship device range.

Recently Sony Sirius popped up which as per @Evleaks may see it’s debut at MWC 2014 so we hope that these two devices Sony D6603 and Sony D6503 get unveiled at MWC 2014 event.

A lot ago we posted some pics of white frames of an unknown Xperia handset which looked similar to Xperia Z1 is design, it seems that frame parts were of Sony D6503 as just now we spotted Sony D6503 Live Photos, which looks very similar to Xperia Z1 in design.

Below pics are the first images for Sony D6503 surfaced ever in a good resolution, though model name is not seen in pic but it is mentioned by tipster.

One full flap cover is given for the SIM card and USB port and a magnetic charging pins are seen, while in Xperia Z1 there are two separate flaps for the Micro SD card and USB port.

3 pin holes are provided at bottom part for external speakers and microphone is located on front panel’s bottom part.

On the right side profile there is a slot for Micro SD card, power button, camera shutter key and volume rocker buttons. On Xperia Z1, SIM card port is situated on right side profile.

Bigger Notification light area at top with hearing speaker expanded and on top there is 3.5 mm headphone jack and a pin hold for secondary microphone.

Sony D6503 supports same “G” lens just like Xperia Z1 but how many MP rear cam is, it is unknown, is it same 20.7 MP or 23 MP we need to figure it out yet.

After seeing the pics it seems Sony D6503 is a facelift version of Xperia Z1 and we may see it’s debut soon. Well the screen size is 5″ or 5.2″ in Sony D6503 it can’t be predicted as if it is 5.2″ then it may be the Sony Sirius and we may see it live at MWC 2014.

Rumored Sony Sirius aka Xperia Z2 back panel frame photos leaked, is it real ?

Sony Sirius is in rumors now after @Evleaks tweeting saying that it may be launched at MWC 2014. As per @Evleaks Sony Sirius will sport a 5.2″ display hopefully a QHD display powered by Snapdragon 800 MSM8974AB SoC processor. Recently we spotted that Snapdragon Wikipedia page has listed Sony Sirius under the brand name Xperia Z2 in Snapdragon 800 as well as Snapdragon 805 Soc. Well till now no render of Sony Sirius rumored to be Xperia Z2 has come up, it seems now it has.

As seen on Digi-Wo it seems Sony Sirius aka Xperia Z2 back panel photos have been leaked, it’s a purple colored panel which shows that camera sensor location and LED flash position is different as compared to Xperia Z1 and it has a secondary microphone hole at back. Xperia branding is also seen at the back panel. As per the tipster, it may support a 5.3″ screen and the back panel seems of carbon-fiber material.

Check below the Sony Sirius aka Xperia Z2 back panel photo. The pic can be a fake or photoshopped, can’t say at this moment that is a real pic.

As per the tipster, it may support a 22.7 MP ( 23 MP ) rear cam with Sony “G” lens.

Well MWC 2014 event is near and we hope Sony launch its first flagship device for the year 2014, though it said that Xperia Z1 will continue the flagship status in year 2014 but for how long, only time will tell.

Xperia T and Xperia V new Android 4.3 9.2.A.0.290 firmware certified

Finally something came from Sony’s camp, yes they have finalized the ETA for android 4.3 version roll out for Xperia T and Xperia V yesterday in a tweet, it should come by end of Jan / early Feb 2014. Just now a new Android 4.3 9.2.A.0.290 firmware has been certified for both Xperia T and Xperia V where no certification regarding android 4.3 is seen for Xperia TX till now.

Android 4.3 9.2.A.0.290 firmware is the third firmware certified for Xperia T and Xperia V till now on PTCRB, first being the  9.2.A.0.276 firmware and second being  9.2.A.0.278 firmware. Surprisingly we saw  a leak of  9.2.A.1.131 firmware for Xperia TX and Xperia V which is a different build from certification and yet it is android 4.3.

Xperia SP Android 4.3 12.1.A.0.263 firmware certified – Final Build

Yesterday we saw Sony tweeting regarding an ETA for android 4.3 roll out on Xperia SP at the end of Jan or in early Feb 2014 after two android 4.3 firmwares were already certified on PTCRB from which one was removed later. Well it seems now another new Android 4.3 12.1.A.0.263 firmware is certified on PTCRB page and we hope it is the final build of which Sony mentioned in tweet.

Android 4.3 12.1.A.0.263 firmware is certified for all Xperia SP variants C5302 / C5303 / C5306, this would be the third build to get certify; first being 12.1.A.0.253 firmware and second being 12.1.A.0.256 firmware from which we saw leaked 12.1.A.0.253 firmware ROM revealing what Sony has planned for Xperia SP users on android 4.3.

Xperia L 15.3.A.1.14 firmware update rolling – Camera Improved

15.3.A.1.14 firmware which was certified for Xperia  L C2105 version only last week over PTCRB is now officially rolling as confirmed from Sony Mobile Twitter support. Unexpectedly Xperia L was updated on android 4.2.2 version and till then Xperia L users are complaining regarding poor camera quality, severe battery drain and poor touch screen response.

15.3.A.1.14 firmware is android 4.2.2 version only and confirmed for Xperia L C2105 and C2104 over both PC Companion as well as an OTA update. Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra 14.2.A.1.124 firmware certified

Sony rolled android 4.3 update on Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra in form of 14.2.A.0.290 firmware and soon after one week we saw another 14.2.A.1.114 firmware getting certified on PTCRB for all the bugs which android 4.3 firmware introduced in Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra. Well it has been mid Jan and now firmware update has been rolled for Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra yet. At present Xperia Z1 Compact is running 14.2.A.1.114 firmware.

Just now spotted that new 14.2.A.1.124 firmware has been certified for Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra all variants on PTCRB website and hope it will be rolled out sooner. It is expected that this new 14.2.A.1.124 firmware update will bring white balance app in display settings and new Sony camera apps.

At Xperia Z1 users are suffering from poor battery backup, stamina mode not working properly as stand by time as been reduced, camera pics have a lot of noise and low speaker sound.

T-Mobile USA Xperia Z1S Bootloader unlock not allowed

Sony launched the Xperia Z1S, LTE version for T-Mobile USA at CES 2014 event; which appears exactly like Xperia Z1 if we ignore some minor changes. Sony introduced first time “Xperia Background defocus camera app” for the first time in a Xperia handset and Xperia Z1S got it first exclusively. Well being launched on a carrier, speculation arises that whether its bootloader can be unlocked or not.

We can now confirm that T-Mobile USA Xperia Z1S C6916 Bootloader unlock not allowed. Recently Xperia C users were frustrated when they found this issue on their device and now it’s turn for Xperia Z1S.

Snapdragon SoC Wikipedia page lists Xperia Z2 Sirius under Snapdragon 805 and 800 chipsets

If you remember a few days back we saw @Evleaks reporting that a 5.2″ device named Sony Sirius with Snapdragon 800 MSM8974AB SoC processor. Well a lot speculation is going on after the Sony Sirius, it may be the Sony’ new flagship device “Xperia Z2” but is it ? Sony recently reported that Xperia Z1 will remain flagship in 2014 for sometime, but for how long ?

As per @Evleaks, Sony Sirius may debut in MWC2014 event exclusively. Just now we spotted that Snapdragon SoC Wikipedia page has listed Sony Sirius under the name Xperia Z2 in two categories of SoC i.e. Snapdragon 800 MSM8974-AB and Snapdragon 805 MSM8084.

Xperia Z1 L39t goes for sale at ¥3999 Yuan/$661 on China Mobile 4G

Xperia Z1 L39t, 4g LTE version of Xperia Z1 recently launched in China on carrier China Mobile 4G . Xperia Z1 L39t is almost similar to global Xperia Z1 version in hardware design but it has got some slight changes in the position of ports and the internal memory allocated. Xperia Z1 L39t comes with 32 GB of internals storage, 5″ full HD screen TFT panel, GSM, TD-SCDMA,TD-LTE capable networks.

Now for all users in China it is available for sale. Xperia Z1 L39t goes for sale at ¥3999 Yuan i.e. at $661 on China Mobile 4G carrier with black model already in stock. Earlier it was put for 4499 Yuan/740$ on China Mobile 4G.

Xperia Z1 Self cracking screen issue seen exactly like Xperia Z had

Sony Xperia Z1 the “best of Sony yet”, year-end 2013 flagship device which Sony claimed that it will remain flagship device in year 2014 also for some time. Xperia Z1 features 5″ full HD screen with Triluminos display and shatter proof and scratch-resistant glass. Some times back many Xperia Z users reported that they were experiencing loose back panel issue and self cracking screen issues. Well in some parts of world Sony do recognized self cracking screen issue of Xperia Z but now this issue has been noticed on many Xperia Z1 users screen.

Xperia Z1 Self cracking screen issue has been posted by many users on Sony Mobile Talk Forum and all users are claiming that their Xperia Z1 screen got cracked itself and no load or any force was subjected on it. By looking on to pics, it is hard to believe that Xperia Z1 screen cracked itself but if not one, many users are claiming it, there must be some truth that why there are pointing out Xperia Z1 Self cracking screen issue.

After reading all the comments posted on the Sony Mobile Talk Forum, it seems Sony service centers are not taking up this issue under warranty and no replacement it being to Xperia Z1 users on this issue.

Well it seems pretty bad, first Xperia Z experienced serious issues like loose back panels and self cracking screen which as usual Sony not acknowledging and now Xperia Z1 users are stating same issues. Let us tell you something we found yellow hue screen issue on our newly purchased one day old Xperia Z1 and when we took up this issue with Sony service center they replied to us saying they have never heard of this issue. Many Xperia Z1 users are also claiming that water and dust entering the rear camera lens, though Sony claims it as a water-resistant phone.

Previously we posted that many Xperia Z1 users were claiming that a bent has appeared in the body and screen of Xperia Z1 itself and some user’s USB port flap fell of itself, another issue which Sony sidelined and didn’t acknowledge.

It seems either Sony is taking a stand on the faulty expensive products sold by them to users strictly and instead blaming users for the same. Personally we have got our Xperia Z replaced for loose back panel issue and Xperia Z1 replaced 3 times for yellow hue issue.

Google Nexus 5 Screen Cracked after falling on hard surface

Nexus 5 the latest flagship device from Google, well no doubt it is undoubtedly the best device running stock android ROM till now but many users are complaining now their Nexus 5 screen has cracked after falling from a low height on a hard surface. Nexus 5 features 4.95″ screen Corning Gorilla Glass 3 but is it tough enough to resist daily falls and avoid cracks.

Well a user claims his Google Nexus 5 fell from his coat pocket on a hard surface and his Nexus 5 screen cracked from top side. On side bumpers not much cracks or marks were spotted but on screen it has got a lot cracks. Check below images.
