Sony Xperia Music app has got a new beta update in the form of 9.1.8.A.1.1 version over the older 9.1.6.A.1.1 version. Xperia Music 9.1.8.A.1.1 beta app update brings “queue last” feature which was exclusively requested by the best testers of the app.

Other features include bugs fixing in DLNA-related code, longer timeout in edit music info automatic download along with usual bugs fixing and performance enhancement.

Sony Xperia Weather 1.1.A.0.22 app updated

Sony Xperia Weather app has got a new update in the form of 1.1.A.0.22 version over the older 1.1.A.0.20 version which was released a month back. New update brings widget improvements, including larger clock, day and RealFeel.

App now supports devices with smaller screen and low resolution. In-built network indicator has been added to the app to indicate when there is no network available. Weather widget can now be added to the lockscreen on KitKat running Android devices.

Sony Mobile has officially launched Xperia Z5 Premium in pink color today following the footsteps of Xperia Z5. Except for the color everything in terms of specifications and features remains same in pink colored Xperia Z5 Premium

Sony Mobile has pushed Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update on Xperia Z2, Xperia Z3, and Xperia Z3 Compact. Recently Sony updated its Xperia Z5, Xperia Z4, and Xperia Z3+ series to Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

23.5.A.0.570 firmware update is confirmed for Xperia Z2 (D6503) in Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Russia, Philippines, USA. Update is available over Xperia Companion.

Fashion Entertainments e-ink watch (a Sony subsidiary product) is a very different wearable from a regular smartwatch as it works on electronic paper technology.

It supports the 24 hour display (without date and any timer). It comes with 24 different wear-patterns (both dial and strap display different images to match wear-patterns) and is water resistant also (exact IP certification not known).

Download Xperia X Home 10.0.A.0.10 Beta Launcher

Sony’s latest Xperia X smartphone will soon be available in the market this summer and now various Xperia X apps have been leaked. Recently we shared Xperia X wallpapers and themes from now Xperia X Home launcher is also available. Xperia X was launched at MWC 2016. It weighs 153 grams, 69.4 x 142.7 x 7.9mm in dimension. It features 5″ 1080p display (TRILUMINOS Display for Mobile, Dynamic Contrast Enhancement) with X-Reality for mobile. It will be available in white, graphite black, lime gold and rose gold color.

Sony Xperia X comes with 23 MP rear camera (1/2.3” Exmor RS for mobile sensor, Predictive Hybrid AF, 24mm Wide Angle G Lens F2.0) and 13MP front camera (1/3” Exmor RS for mobile sensor, 22mm Wide Angle Lens F2.0). It comes with 2620 mAh battery and LTE connectivity.

Sony Xperia X features Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor (64-bit) powered by 3 GB RAM, 32 GB internal storage along with micro-SD card capability upto 200 GB.

Sony introduced new Qnovo’s Adaptive Charging technology in its Xperia “X” series smartphone lineup which will increase the battery lifespan upto 800 cycles before it starts loosing its capacity.

It has both dual and single SIM variant (both nano SIM). Dual SIM variant features 64 GB flash memory. Sony India has officially launched Xperia X in the India market for Rs. 48990 ($729).

Sony launched Xperia “X” series with Android Marshmallow out of the box and now Marshmallow update has been rolled out for Xperia Z5, Xperia Z5 Compact, Xperia Z5 Premium, Xperia Z3+, and Xperia Z4 Tablet.

Sony Music app has got a new beta 9.1.6.A.1.1 version update over the older stable 9.1.6.A.0.0 version. New update fixes art-related issues in notifications, widgets and lockscreen.

Sony Music Beta team has officially said, “if you update from 9.1.5.A.*-beta, you will loose all album and artist art due to database changes made in 9.1.6.A.1.0beta“.

Google released developer preview of Android N yesterday and the developer preview images are now available for installing on following Nexus devices viz. Nexus 6, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Nexus Player, Nexus 9, and Pixel C devices. Though the build is in work in progress stage, Google wanted developer to test it before it goes official at Google I/O 2016 event.

Various new features like Multi-Window, direct reply notifications, bundled notifications, improved battery efficiency, improved Java 8 language support are present in developer preview of Android N.
