Earlier today Sony rolled android 4.4.4 update for Xperia Z1 Compact in form of 14.4.A.0.108 firmware and now the same Android 4.4.4 14.4.A.0.108 firmware is rolling on Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra. Sony has officially confirmed android 4.4.4 roll out for Xperia Z1 and Z Ultra and their product page respectively.

14.4.A.0.108 firmware brings Android 4.4.4 for Xperia Z1 and Z Ultra confirmed in regions like France, Turkey, UAE and Russia. Android 4.4.4 is a minor update from Google as well as from Sony over Android 4.4.2 KitKat update, it brings mainly security enhancement fixes. It is around 995 MB update.
