18.3.1.C.1.15 firmware update is now currently rolling for Xperia M2 Aqua D2403 and D2406 which is a bug fixing Android 4.4.4 KitKat update. 18.3.1.C.1.15 firmware was seen rolling on Xperia M2 LTE variant D2303 a few days back whereas 18.3.1.B.1.10 firmware rolled for Xperia M2 Dual and 18.3.1.A.1.9 firmware rolled on Xperia M2 HSPA+ variant.

18.3.1.C.1.15 firmware is confirmed for Xperia M2 Aqua D2403 in regions like Algeria, Austria, Croatia, Czech Repbulic, Debmark, Generic LAM, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Netherlands, Nordic regions and for D2406 in Mexico and USA.
