Earlier Sony rolled Android 5.0.2 23.1.A.0.690 firmware update on Xperia Z3 in mid-March. Xperia Z1, Z1 Compact and Z Ultra has also got Android 5.0.2 14.5.A.0.242 firmware update today.

23.1.1.E.0.1 Lollipop firmware for Xperia Z3 Dual D6633 is confirmed in regions like Algeria, Brazil, Hong Kong, MENA Arabic, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, USA.
