23.1.A.0.740 firmware which was certified on PTCRB a few days back for Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z2 is now rolling officially on carrier handsets. 23.1.A.0.740 Lollipop firmware is confirmed rolling for carrier “Orange” for the time being in European region only.

23.1.A.0.740 firmware is not expected to hit the global variants of Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z2 series. Earlier Sony rolled 23.1.A.0.726 firmware rolled (Android 5.0.2 update) globally for both handsets.
