Sony Mobile has rolled Android 7.1.1 update for Xperia XZ (and Xperia X Performance) in the form of 41.2.A.2.199 firmware. Android 7.1.1 41.2.A.2.199 firmware update is confirmed rolling in regions like UK (Vodafone), Russia, Germany, Hungary (Telenor).

41.2.A.2.199 firmware update is available for both Xperia XZ F8331 and F8332 (in regions like India, MEA, Algeria (GNT Telecom), Philippines, Myanmar.

Sony has rolled a new concept N4F26T14 build 38.3.1.A.0.74 firmware for Xperia X which brings AptX support for users on concept experimental track. You can now enjoy hi-res Bluetooth sound using the AptX code if your hi-fi equipment/headphone supports it.

38.3.1.A.0.74 firmware update (Android 71.1.) also brings latest March Android Security Patch (patch level 2017-03-05) to the device. Stable update will follow soon.

Nexus 6P Android 7.1.1 N4F26T March’s Security Update rolling

Android 7.1.1 March’s Security Update is live now for Pixel and Nexus devices for the time being. Google has already posted the factory images and full OTA images for Pixel, Pixel XL (NOF27B, NOF27C Rogers Only), Pixel C (N4F26T), Nexus 6P (N4F26T, NUF26N Verizon Only), Nexus 6 (N6F26U), Nexus 5X (N4F26T) and Nexus 9 (N4F26T).

The Nexus 6P got Android 7.1.1 NUF26N for Verizon carrier, and N4F26T build for rest users and is available for download for manual update.

To update your Nexus 6P on latest Android 7.1.1 N4F26T build, check the OTA update notification if you have got or go to “settings > about phone > system update > check for new update“. If you haven’t got the N4F26T update notification then you can manually update your Nexus 6P.
