After updating your Xperia C on 16.0.B.2.13 firmware, Dial *#*#7378423#*#* > service info > software info and check the S1 Boot Version.

If your S1 Boot Version is 2.14.J.2.6, then follow the guide given below.

Download Recovery.img file.
Put the above Recovery.img file in phone’s internal memory.
Download this Mobileunlce MTK Tools app from Play Store > Click on Recovery update > Choose the Recovery.img file and Done.

If you S1 Boot Version is 2.14.J.0.68, then follow the guide given below.

Download the 16.0.B.2.13 firmware ftf from above link and flash it using wmshua perfect flash program. Steps here.
Switch on your phone, download Recovery.img file.
Put Recovery.img file in phone’s internal memory.
