Sony C6833 phone appears in Indonesian IT Communications certification

It has been a day only since we saw Sony Xperia A SO-04E launched under NTT DoCoMo and Xperia ZR globally. Just now we saw mysterious Sony C6833  phone appeared in Ministry of Communications and Information Technology – Indonesia certification program list just on 05/15/2013.

Sony C6802 is also present in the list just above Sony C6833, for the same date. Rumors are there that Sony C6802 may be launched under codename Xperia Honami or Xperia I1. News about Xperia Honami have been seen in past also online.

Another rumor says that Sony C6833 may be launched under codename as Xperia Togari, expected to be launched as Sony’s first phone-tablet hybrid device. You can see Sony C1905 or C190X series or simply Sony C listed there just for one day back certification. Speculations are there that some of the device may be launched around IFA 2013 at Berlin.

Well nothing to say after all nothing is official yet, rumors are rumors only. But we can surely expect some high-end Xperia devices from Sony soon.

How to flash jelly bean fimrware 6.2.B.0.203 on Xperia Ion ?

  • Download the kernel file from above link.
  • Bootloader on your Xperia Ion LT28i must be unlocked. You can follow the official guide to unlock bootloader here.
  • Make JB .zip fw.
  • You must flash now stock ICS ROM.
  • Flash JB .zip fw via cwm.
  • Now flash the downloaded kernel, and reboot your device.

Unofficial Sony Xperia S39h Model Photos Leaked – Rumors

Looks like Xperia devices are raining this year, another Xperia device Sony Xperia S39h model photos have been leaked online today on a Chinese site. Sony has already added so many devices this year to their 2013 Xperia portfolio and now we saw another Sony Xperia S39h in pics. A few days back we saw Xperia A SO-043 photos and specification on FCC now Xperia S39h.

Looking at the white Sony Xperia S39h leaked photos it looks just similar in design to chinese version Xperia L S36h. You see Sony Xperia S39h seems to be the same in design as Sony used for new Xperia 2013 lineup. It has the same “power” button as seen in Xperia Z and ZL. Front camera at the top right side with Sony logo in the middle. Xperia logo is present at the back of phone. Microphone just at the bottom of phone. Seems to be a bit longer screen than usual 4.3inch screen. Edges as similar to Xperia S and SL. On the left side has a micro-USB port. Speaker is present at the back on bottom side. Volume keys at right side.

LED flash is on the back side. Position of rear camera is also different from the position of rear camera in the Xperia L, so is the position of mounted sensors. Headphone jack position is also different.

Xperia A SO-04E Dogo NTT DoCoMo Photos Specifications seen on FCC

It’s not over yet with Xperia Z and Xperia ZL this year it’s confirmed now more Xperia devices will be hitting market this year. The legacy will be continued by Xperia A SO-04E codenamed as Dogo which will be coming to NTT DoCoMo this year 2013. Just now the rumored Xperia A device has been confirmed by FCC that it is under approval. It’s neither a leak nor an official release.

Full manual of Xperia A SO-04E Dogo can be seen on FCC site which has somewhat revealed its specifications and photos. Xperia A SO-04E Dogo  is a lot similar to Xperia Z and Xperia ZL in terms of features. When looked from sideways it seems similar to Xperia Z with the location of power button on the same side as in Xperia Z.

  • Removable 2300 mAh battery, which is missing from both Xperia Z and Xperia ZL. Images show that Xperia A SO-04E Dogo will be powered by Sony BA950 battery.

  • 2 GB RAM.
  • Dimensions of Xperia Z SO-04E Dogo are as 139 x 71 x 7.9mm which is similar to as Xperia Z weighing 146 grams same as Xperia Z.

Xperia A SO-04E Dogo  Camera Details

Rear 13 MP cam with Exmor RS and 2.2MP front cam. You can set cam at 13 MP with image resolution as 4128×3096 and to 12 MP with image resolution as 3920×2940, 4:3 aspect ratio of image size. HDR, Superior Auto mode available.

Same set of earphones are seen as Sony dispatched with Xperia S and Xperia SL, we can see Sony Ericsson logo on them.

No Details about the processor of Xperia A SO-04E Dogo, it is speculated that it may come with Snapdragon-600 chipset but nothing can be said at this moment. Also the android version in the phone isn’t specified which still remains a mystery till we find out this. When seen in the Xperia A SO-04E Dogo user manual guide, Android Jelly Bean version can been seen, same as Xperia Z android 4.1.2 but nothing is said officially about android version yet.

On NTT DoCoMo site we can see that on 15th May 2013 they are releasing their new line up of smartphones for this summer season and we may see Xperia A SO-04E Dogo to be launched at that same time only.

  2. Check whether the  /system partition is mounted or unmounted, make sure it remains unmounted.
  3. Now reboot your Xperia S / SL in recovery.
  4. Start flashing with ROMs update.zip file, time consuming task.
  5. Reboot your phone after the above step, as when phone boots and you see Xperia startup animation it reboots again, don’t worry.
  6. Reboot your device again, it may take a long time to do that, after updating ROM phone rebooting takes a bit time for the first time and after that is stabilize automatically.

What to do if Status 7 Error comes ?

Sony C3 Images with MediaTek Quadcore chip leaked

Well is has been only a few months since Sony launched it’s latest flagship device Xperia Z into the market globally, now alleged images of Sony C3 device powered with MediaTek Quadcore chip is leaked online. MediaTek chip will overall reduce the cost of the device and it surely will be a budget smartphone from Sony. Last we saw Sony releasing another set of budget smartphones like Xperia L and Xperia SP.
