A month is about to pass since we saw first saw Xperia Z1 Compact at CES 2014 event, as you all know it is  the first ever true mini smartphone made by many manufacturer. Well let’s put it against other flagship devices, a few days back we saw GsmArena coming up with Xperia Z1 Compact battery test result and it is awesome with 65 hours of endurance rating, beating Xperia Z1 in terms of battery and performance that’s basically because of smaller screen size.

Then we came up with detailed camera comparison between Xperia Z1 Compact and Xperia Z1 and as both phones share same MP camera sensor, there wasn’t much difference in the picture quality of both phones. Overall Xperia Z1 Compact seems superior to Xperia Z1 in terms of performance, battery and pocket friendly design. Well professionals at “Strategy Analytics” has performed some test regarding Xperia Z1 Compact Camera, let’s check it out below.

Below camera results are based upon report by Strategy Analytics comparing Xperia Z1 Compact Camera vs iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C, HTC One Mini, Galaxy S4 Mini Camera exclusively.

As per the people surveyed by Strategy Analytics, below results were obtained. All the below results are obtained by the assessment of various people. All the captured images were shown to consumers in 3 different formats, first printed on A6 size glossy photo paper, second on the displays of respective devices and third on a 40″ HD screen.

All images were to be rated on a scale of 1-5, where 5 being extremely good and 1 being extremely poor.

• In baby asleep scenario, image captured from Xperia Z1 Compact were much brighter than any others.
• In toy train scenario, Xperia Z1 Compact captured image was rated higher and pic captured from Galaxy S4 Mini followed it.
• In party scenario, pic captured from Xperia Z1 Compact got highers rating and very close to ratings of pic captured by Galaxy S4 Mini and iPhone 5S.
• In building at dusk scenario, pics captured from Xperia Z1 Compact and iPhone 5C has almost similar ratings.
• In close up shot of wrinkled face scenario, pic captured from iPhone 5C and iPhone 5s got highest number of ratings.

P.S. It is hard to believe that picture quality in dark, in first scenario of iPhone 5s is that bad, we seriously doubt that set of pic sample.
