Xperia Z1 14.2.A.1.136 firmware update seen on EMMA Update Servers in Baltic Regions – White Balance Settings

Android 4.3 14.2.A.1.136 firmware which was about to roll on Xperia Z1, Xperia Z Ultra and Xperia Z1 Compact as it was in testing as per our report when 14.2.A.1.124 firmware was certified on PTCRB, it seems 14.2.A.1.136 firmware update is now seen on EMMA update servers in Baltic regions only for the time being. 14.2.A.1.136 firmware news came first from the legendary flastool developer “Androxyde“.

It is clear that 14.2.A.1.136 firmware update has not been rolled via PC Companion or SUS in any regions till now and is only available via EMMA Update Servers for Baltic region only and that for Xperia Z1 C6903, nothing seen for Xperia Z1 C6902 till now.

Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra 14.2.A.1.124 firmware certified

Sony rolled android 4.3 update on Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra in form of 14.2.A.0.290 firmware and soon after one week we saw another 14.2.A.1.114 firmware getting certified on PTCRB for all the bugs which android 4.3 firmware introduced in Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra. Well it has been mid Jan and now firmware update has been rolled for Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra yet. At present Xperia Z1 Compact is running 14.2.A.1.114 firmware.

Just now spotted that new 14.2.A.1.124 firmware has been certified for Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra all variants on PTCRB website and hope it will be rolled out sooner. It is expected that this new 14.2.A.1.124 firmware update will bring white balance app in display settings and new Sony camera apps.

Download Xperia Z1 C6902 / L39h 14.1.G.1.526 firmware – Install ftf

Sony Xperia Z1 is up for pre-order and some folks have managed to get hands on Xperia Z1 and its latest firmware. Recently we saw PTCRB listing Xperia Z1 initial 14.1.G.1.518 firmware which was seen in all stock devices at IFA 2013. Just now an XDA member from “Untitled Xperia Team” UXT has posted the latest firmware for Xperia Z1 even though it is not listed on PTCRB also.

14.1.G.1.526 firmware for Xperia Z1 has been posted at XDA for downloading, claimed as the most latest update for Xperia Z1 C6902 / L39h HSPA+ version.

14.1.G.1.526 firmware is extracted from “EMMA” software so it means if you have Xperia Z1 with you then you will be able to update only 14.1.G.1.518 firmware via PC Companion or SUS.

NOTE :- Both Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra and other new models have been added in new version of FlashTool 0.9.11.1 , use it to flash above ftf file.

Flash it like a normal ftf.

Xperia Z1 Added in Sony Update Service ( SUS ) for Firmware Update

Xperia Z1 is available for pre-order now across whole Europe and shipping is expected to be started in late September. Well a few days back we saw PTCRB listing 14.1.G.1.518 firmware for Xperia Z1 all variants 6943, C6906, C6903 and C6902.

Now you can update your Xperia Z1 officially if you have this device by anyhow.
