Xperia Z1 Compact has 2300 mAh battery in-built just like Xperia Z1 but still it has managed to give better battery life than Xperia Z1.

Xperia Z1 Compact battery test – Talk Time

Xperia Z1 Compact has easily managed to get talk time of 20 hours and 42 minutes on 3G network where Xperia Z1 managed to get more than 26 hours of talk time on 3G network and Xperia Z Ultra getting more than 24 hours of talk time as per GsmArena’s test. Xperia SP and Xperia ZR are similar devices with same battery power like Xperia Z1 Compact and have talk time of around 19 and 17 hours respectively.

Xperia Z1 Compact has nearly double talk time compared to iPhone 5S and beats iPhone 5S talk time of 10 hours by very large margin.

Xperia Z1 Compact battery test – Web Browsing time

Xperia Z1 Compact has 4.3″ 720p IPS display panel with Triluminos for mobile. Xperia Z1 Compact has managed to get more than 12 hours of web browsing ( 12 hours and 37 minutes ) , where Xperia Z1 managed to get only 6 hours of web browsing time. Sony has done fairly very god job in making Xperia Z1 Compact and providing a bigger 2300 mAh battery as compared to other mini handsets which has a very good 65 hours endurance rating after the overall test performed by GsmArena.
