Install Xperia Z3 Screen Recorder port

Sony has put a new option “Record Screen” in Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z3 Compact power menu which allows you to record whatever you are doing in your phone and sharing that video online. Record Screen feature captures video in FHD, HD and VGA format in landscape as well as in portrait mode. Check out the hands on video of Xperia Z3 Screen Recorder app in working.

One of the cool feature of this option is that you can include your self video by using front cam in the video captured by Record Screen feature. Xperia Z3 Screen Recorder is now available for installing on Xperia devices running android 4.4.4 deodexed stock or custom ROMs. Confirmed successfully working on Xperia Z, ZL, ZR, not working on Z1.

For 36 DPI Nav bar. Flash the below posted zip file in recovery and reboot. Take a backup of your ROM before flashing the new framework.

Try to use only 720p HD format for recording, full HD is not working ( bug ).

Install Xperia Home 7.0.A.1.5 and Widgets from Xperia Z3

Sony Xperia Z3 has already reached the hands of users and now ports of its KitKat firmware are coming up. Today we are sharing new Xperia Home 7.0.A.1.5 version along with Clock, Photo, Top Contacts, World Clock and Weather widget for rooted Xperia handsets running KitKat ROM ( preferably with SuperUser Mod ).

Download the Xperia Home 7.0.A.1.5 app and new widgets from below and install them normally or push in system/app folder, set permissions rw- r– r– and reboot. They worked great on rooted Xperia Z, Z1 and Z2 handsets.

Xperia Z3 has already marked its presence in market with its release and if you are not thinking of buying it now, you can enjoy the new Xperia Z3 X-Reality and Vivid For Mobile Port on your device. You need rooted Xperia handset running atleast android 4.3 Jelly Bean. Sony has introduced a new feature vivid mode in Xperia Z3.

You need Xperia device with locked bootloader, CWM recovery installed, SuperUser Mod, DeOdexed ROM. Port will not work in devices with unlocked bootloader. Backup your original settings.apk file before flashing any new content.
