Micromax launches Canvas Sliver 5 in India, priced at Rs 17999

Micromax launched its latest flagship device Canvas Sliver 5 today in India. Priced at Rs 17999, Micromax claims that the new Canvas Sliver 5 is the world’s slimmest phone. It has a thickness of 5.1 mm (end to end) and weighs 97 grams.

Canvas Sliver 5 is powered by quad-core 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor backed by 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. It has 8MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, 4.8″AMOLED HD screen display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 body.

Canvas Sliver 5 runs on Android Lollipop 5.0 and has 2000 mAh battery. It also supports 4G-LTE.

Canvas Sliver 5 will come with a free 4G SIM and double data offer from Airtel which will double your data pack once the 4G SIM is activated. It will be available for purchase at the end of July 2015.
